This policy describes how Ariv Health LLC ("Ariv", "we", "us") handles information collected through the ariv.health website. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website only. The Ariv platform, where customers sign in and work with data, is governed by the agreements between Ariv and each customer organization, including business associate agreements where they apply. Protected health information is never collected through this website.
What we collect
Information you choose to give us: if you use the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect what you submit, such as your name, organization, work email, and message. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account.
Technical information: like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these to operate and secure the site.
What we do not do
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. Site search runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.
How we use information
We use what you submit to respond to you, to provide the newsletter you asked for, and to understand interest in Ariv. We use technical logs to keep the site available and secure. We may use service providers, such as an email delivery service, to process this information on our behalf; they are permitted to use it only to provide their service to us.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship it belongs to, and routine technical logs for a limited operational period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at any time to access, correct, or delete information you have given us, and we will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
Children
This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date.
