Ariv Assistant Access
Ask the questions an actuary would ask, from the assistant your team already uses
The platform
The best questions are the ones nobody scheduled.
Every vendor now promises a chatbot on your data. The serious questions are governance and truth: what can the assistant reach, who decided that, where does the conversation go, and where did the number actually come from. Most answers to those questions are uncomfortable.
Ariv’s answer is architectural. The assistant holds no data access of its own, runs only governed computations, never sees more than the person holding it is licensed to see, and the conversation itself never leaves your assistant.
The Ariv approach
An entitled analyst, in a window your team already has open.
The questions that matter most are rarely the ones on a reporting schedule. What moved in this market last month. What this contract looks like at the current run rate. Which patients are driving the variance. Answering them usually means a request, a queue, and a week, by which point the decision has been made without the answer.
Ariv Assistant Access puts your licensed Ariv data inside the assistant your team already uses, under your own identity, with your own entitlements. Ask in plain language and the answer comes back computed by the same engine that produced it everywhere else in Ariv, carrying the same method and the same lineage.
Where AI sits, and where it does not.
At the interface, yes
AI is how you reach your data and how a question in plain language becomes a governed request. That is a better door, and we are glad to use it.
At the calculation, never
Settlements, benchmarks, and risk scores are computed by versioned, tested methods that a credentialed actuary has certified. A model does not produce them.
Because you have to defend it
A number generated by a model cannot be reproduced, audited, or defended to a payer. So no number in any Ariv product is ever generated by one.
How it works
Enable
Enabled for your organization
Access is granted per customer and per entitlement, then each person connects with their existing Ariv sign-in.
Ask
Ask in plain language
Named, governed analyses run against your own data and come back as answers rather than as a query you have to write.
Trust
Trace it when it matters
Every answer carries the method that produced it, so a figure quoted in a meeting can be stood behind afterwards.
What you get
Six modules, one consistent view.
Ask where your team already works
Add Ariv to Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot through the open connector standard. There is no new application to buy, learn, or roll out, and no report to wait for.
The certified answer, not a generated one
Questions are answered by running Ariv's own governed calculations. The assistant retrieves the figure the engine produced. It does not estimate one, and it cannot invent one.
Entitlement-scoped by design
A computation your license does not cover simply does not exist to your assistant. Not hidden, not declined. Absent.
The same number a colleague gets
Same engine version, same method, same result, reproducible a year later. An answer from the assistant is the answer, not a second opinion.
Private by architecture
Ariv receives the tool calls, never the conversation. Your questions and the assistant's answers stay inside your own assistant.
Granted, not opened
Access is enabled per customer and per entitlement. This is a licensed door into your own workspace, not a public endpoint with a token in front of it.
